BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNNC�i,, OF, THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. That Paragraph "A" of Section 14 of Ordinance
No. 7209 passed Z:Iarch 10, 1947, be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
A. One
of a cent per square foot cf side-
walks, driveways, or other areas to property line to be con-
structed, replaced, or repaired when such work is done volun-
tarily by the person, firm, or corporation requesting the
permit. Provided, however, that if such permit is requested
as a result of a notice from the City, then the rate shall
be two (2) cents per square foot, but in no instance less than
*1.:00. €.gar- such permit.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
