AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING DNE HOUR PARKII'G
ON WEST SECOND STREET FROM BROADWAY TO ARCH;
ON IT- „EST THIRD STREET FROM BROADWAY TO ARCH;
ON 1,!!EST FOURTH STREET FROM BROADWAY TO STATE;
ON WEST SIXTH STREET FROM BROADWAY TO ARCH;
ON WEST EIGHTH STREET FROM BROADWAY TO ARCH,
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THERE-
OF., AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT. ORDAINED B�' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That when signs are erected in each
block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle
on the following streets for more than one (1) hours:
vlest 2nd Street from Broadway to Arch, inclusive;
West 3rd Street from Broadway to Arch, inclusive;
West 4th Street from Broadway to State, inclusive;
West 6th Street from Broadway to Arch, inclusive;
West 8th Street from Broadway to Arch, inclusive.
SECTION 2. The Traffic Bureau of the City of
Little Rock is hereby directed to erect the appropriate and
necessary signs in order to advise the general public of the
provisions'of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm, or corporation violat-
ing the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in the Little
Rock Municipal Court shall be fined in any surn not less than
$1.00 or more than $5.00.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from. and after its passage
and approval.
