AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST 65.7 FEET OF LOTS 24 AND 25, BLOCK 1,
PLATEAU ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS QED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West 65.7 feet of Lots 2/, and 25, Block 11, plateau
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3721 West Markham Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "Be One - family District Under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5/E2O, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the sane is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - family, district Under the terms of said
• Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of the said West 65.7 feet of Lots 24 and 25, Block 1, Plateau
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the NCO Two-
Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage,
