AN ORDINANCE Ai1"ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 OF THE ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AS AMENDED, BY ZONING AND RE-
ZONING CERTAIN TER ITORIES WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOS_'S .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TAE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. All the territory annexed to the City of Little
Rock under the terms of ordinance No. 7878, passed December 27,
1948 and described as follows: Lots 1 through 12, Block 4; Lots
1 through 12, Block 5; Lots 1 through 24, Block 12, OAK FOREST
ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, be and the same is hereby
zoned and placed in the "B" Residence District under the terms
and provisions of Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, as amended, and henceforth said lands shall be in
the "B" Residence District.
SFCTIOY 2. That the following property within the City of
Little Rock,described as follows: Lots 1 through 12 and Lots 17
through 22, Block 3; Lots A, B, and C; Lots 1 through 6 and Lots
11 through 22, Block 2, OAK FOREST ADDITION to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and the S2 SV'd4 SE4 SE4 SW4f Section 6 Twp 1 North
Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, except the area described
as follows:
Beginning at a point 30 feet north and 540 feet west of the
southeast corner of the southeast quarter of the southeast
quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 6, Township
1 North, Range 12 West and run thence North 144.71 to a
point, thence 'Nest 1001 to the Fast line of Fair Park Blvd.
thence south along the west line of Fair Park Blvd. 144.7 feet
to the north line off!est 12th Street., thence East along the
north line of West 12th Street 100, to the point of beginning,
is hereby re -zoned from "B" Residence District to "Ft' Commercial
District under the terms and provisions of Ordinance No. 5420 of
the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, as-- [mended, and hence-
forth said lands shall be in the "F" Commercial District,
SECTION 3. That the following property within the City of
Little Rook and described as follows: Lots 1 and 2, Block 25,
CUNNINGHAMS ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; Lots
5 and 6, Block 1, METROPOLITAN ADDITION to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, is hereby re -zoned from "F" Corrinercial to "B" Residence

District under the terms and provisions of Ordinance No. 5420 of
the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, as amended, and hence-
forth said lands shall be in the "B" Residence District.
SECTION 4. That Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, as amended, and the zoning map which is attach-
ed theretp and made a part thereof are herby amended to conform
to the ." provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 5,. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith 'ai�e hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall-be in full
force and- effect from and after its passage and approval.
