AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON
BROADWAY STREET FROM THE BRIDGE TO TENTH STREET, INCLUSIVE,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That after the contract has been
awarded for the repairs and /or resurfacing of Broadway
Street, no person shall park a vehicle on Broadway Street
from the Bridge to Tenth Street, inclusive.
SECTION 2. That when signs are erected in each
block giving notice thereof, any person violating the pro-
visions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in municipal Court
shall be fined in any sum not less than $1.00 nor more than
#5.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
