ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AIM CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
NORM NECESSARY ON THE SOUTHM T OORNER OF THE FAIR PARS SVIMKING
POOL TO CM(PLETE THE ORIGINAL PLANS, DECLARING AN II+DMENCY, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Pnt�la Affairs, is hereby •�ttszed aed-
directed to advertise, take bids for, and contract for the construction work
necessary on the southwest corner of the Fair Park Swimming Pool ro complete
the concrete play area as laid out in the original plans.

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith

are hereby repealed. Unless provisions of this ordinance are put into effect
immediately, the public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of the City of
°, Little Rock, Arkansas will be adversely affected, therefore, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
