BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFF THE CITY OF , LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into an industrial track
agreement with the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company in
connection.with Track No. 14 -143, and Track "A" which
serve Adams Field.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordin-
ance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
