AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,056.00 FROM THE
PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, APSANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of 1,056.00 be, and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Park Construction
Fund of the City of Little Rock, for the payment of the
following bills:
Jordan Printing Company $ 306.00
Rose, Dobyns, Meek &
House, Attys. 750,00
$12056.00
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the
amounts mentioned, said warrants being drawn against the
Park Construction Fund.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
