ORDINANCE NO. 7978
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUN: OF $102365.12
FROM THE ROAD AND AUTO FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK TO PAY FOR TILE CITY'S SHARE OF PAVING AND
MAINTAINING STREETS OVER WHICH TEE BUSES AND
TROLL��YS OF THE CAPITAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
ARE BEING OPERATED, IN ACCORDANCE 17TH TrE FRAN-
CHISE HEP.ETOFOFE GRANTED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BEIT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI1Y OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARIUlNSAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated fronj the
Road and Auto Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Ten
Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Five Dollars and Twelve Cents,
$10,365.12, to be paid to the Capital Transportation Company to
pay for the City's share of paving and maintaining streets over
which the buses and trolleys of the Capital Transportation Com-
pany are being operated, in accordance with the franchise here-
tofore granted.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute the necessary instruments in or-
der to carry cut the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passa-e and approval.
