AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING rDOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTIS.,,
PURCHASE REPAIR AR�I� FOR CF THE �RFORROTHER
OF THE LITTLE ROCK
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase
repair parts for one of the fire trucks of the Fire Department
of the City of Little Rock, said parts being as follows:
One transmission
One clutch Assembly
SECTION 2. The cost of such parts as itemized in
Section 1 hereof shall not exceed the sum of $450.000
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
