AN ORDINANC:fl,' REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 7717 PASSED JULY 26,
1948, AS TO VARIOUS PROPERTIES, THE BUILDINGS UPON Vv.HICH
HAVE B-EN TORN DOWN OR REMODELED AND ARE NO LONGER HEALTH
OR FIRE HAZARDS.

The City Council of the City of Little Rock by Ordinance No. 7717
condemned certain properties in the City of Little Rock as health
or fire hazards, and
WHEREAS,
Certain of the property owners have complied with the provisions
of said ordinance and have either razed or remodeled the property,

BE IT ORDAI?FD Ba THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 7717 passed by the City Coun-
cil on the' 26th day of July, 1948 be and the same is hereby repeal-
ed as to the following described properties:
1608 East 2nd Street --Lot 11, Block 4, FLETCHER & CLARKS ADDN.
1720 Lincoln Ave. —Lot 17, Block 22, STILLMAN & BUCHANAN ADDN.
420 Walnut --Lot 2, Block 2, GLENDALE ADDITION
24019 2403, 2405, 2407, 24092 2411, 2413, 2415, 2417, 24199
2421, 2423, 2425, and 2427 Rapley Row --All located in the
South one -half of HEISTAND IS SUBDIVISION.
14182 1420 Ringo --Lot 8, Block 282, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK.
18152 Ringo --Lot 6, Block 274, FULK ►S SUBDIVISION.
18172, 1821 Ringo --Lot 6, Block 274, FULKIS SUBDIVISION
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
