ORDINANCE NO. 7983
AN ORDINANCE RECLAS6IFYING LOTS 11 & 121 BLOCK 14,
FOREST HILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 11 & 12, Block 14, Forest Hill Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3900 -3904 West
12th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One family
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "CO Two-family District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning asap
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots 11
& 12, Block 14, Forest Hill Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two -
family District.
SECTION 3• That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
