AN ORDINANCE REC LASS IFIING LOT 2, BLOCK 4, CHESTER-
FIELD SQUARE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIC, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 2, Block 4, Chesterfield Square Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2005 South
Maple Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One- family
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two- family District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning llviap
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 2,
Block 4, Chesterfield Square Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two-family
District.
SECTION 3• That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
