AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFIDra LOTS 6, 7 & 8, BLOCK 14,
ROOTS & COY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AR;'ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AijENDED:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AR _kfl1SAS :
SECTION 1. That Lots 6, 7 & 8, Block 14, Roots & Coy
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1122 Jones
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two Family
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is here-
by rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots 6,
7 & 8, Block 14, Roots & Coy Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commer-
cial District.
SECTION 3• That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
