SUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS 149 15 & 16.0 OF RAPLEY ESTATE ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: X,,E DING ORDINANCE
No. 5420 AS Allk�, E ?DED AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 4, 5 & 6 & 7, Block 4, Fulk's Subdivision of
Blocks 14, 15 & lb, of Rapley Estate Addition to the City of Little Rock,
2305- 07 -09 -11
Arkansas, bein& �a - *_Rock Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "B" One- family District under the terms of(saic Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "C" Two-family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of Lots 4, 5, 6 & 7, Block 4, Fulk's Subdivision of Block
14, 15 & 1C, of Rapley state Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section .1 hereof; said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in "C" Two- family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
