AN ORDINANCE TO DISSOLVE SEWER IkPROVEiuENT
DISTRICT NO. 121 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement
District No. 121 of the City of Little Rock, have filed
their written report reciting that the cost of the
improvement for which the District was organized is
found to exceed forty per cent (40%) of the assessed
valuation of the property within the District and to ex-
ceed the benefits to be derived from the improvement, and
that all debts of the District have been paid in full,
and praying for the dissolution of the District
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That Sewer Improvement District No. 121
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas be and it is hereby
dissolved.
SECTIOii 2. That this Ordinance will take affect
and be in force from and after its passage.
