All ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE HOUR PARKING ON
KAVANAUGH BOULEVARD BETWEEN THE 2700 BLOCK AND
THE 2900 BLOCK, INCLUSIVE, AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or.' LITTLE ROCK,
ARKAITSAS :
SECTION 1. That when signs are erected in each block
giving notice thereof, no person sha ..:park's vehicle on
Kavanaugh Boulevard between the 270Q- ,,block and t-he .2900
block, inclusive, for a period of time in excess of one, hour
between the hours of 8 A. M. and 6 P. M. of any�day except
Sunday and holidays.
SECTION 2. The Traffic Bureau of thee. City of Little
Rock is hereby directed to erect the appropriate and necess-
ary signs in order to advise the general public of the pro-
visions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm, or corporation violating
the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in the Little
Rock Municipal Court shall be fined in any sum not less than
$1.00 or rr_ore than 5.00.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
