AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDEgANCE 7726 BY
I.NCREASIhG THE SALARY OF THE CLERK - STENOGRAPHER
OF THE CITY PLANNING C0161ISSION, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT OPakI_dED BY THE CI`"Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. From and after the passage and approval of this ordinance
the salary of the Clerk- Stenographer in the Planning Commission of the City
of Little Rock is hereby fixed at $161. ?5 per month.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 7727, passed August 9, 1948, is hereby
amended to conform to the provisions o_' this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and unless the provisions of this ordinance are placed
into effect immediately, public peace, health and safety of the citizens of
Little Rook will be advars].y affected, and an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
