BE IT ORDAINED 13Y ThF CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK

Auto and /or Road
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the /9"wMi
funds of the City of Little Rock the sum of 0 3750S40 to be paid
to James L. Rogers, a f ormer employee of the City of Little
Rock, in full settlement for his claim for compensation due to
an alleged injury while employed by the City.
SECTION ?. The proper city officials are hereby author-
ized to execute the instruments necessary to carry out the pro-
visions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
