AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING NOT TO EXCEED $6,500.00 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THREE TENNIS COURTS IN WAR MEMORIAL PARK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum
of not to exceed $6,500.00 from the General Fund of the
City of Little Rock for the construction of three tennis
courts in War Memorial Park.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
