AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOA_:D
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE SIX (6) MOTORCYCLES FOR USE IN THE TRAFFIC
DIVISION OF THE POLICE DEPARTIENT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs it hereby
authorized and directed to advertiy! �, take bi,'d.s for and
purchase six (6) motorcycles for use in tie Taffic`Dav -
ision of the Police Department.
SECTION 2. The cost of said motor, yolesr shall not
exceed the sum of $.6,000.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
