ORDINANCE NU. 8002.
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 7892; AUTHORIZ-
ING AND DIRECTIYC3 THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO LET
A CONTRACT FOR THIE CONSTRUCTIOI' OF TOILET ACILITIES
AT THE ADMIYISTRATION BUILDING OF THE MUNICIPAL AIR-
PORT; AUTEORIZING AND DIRECTING Tr l!; BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BID: FOR, AND PURCHA E
ONE AUTOMOBILE FOR USE BY THE ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIN aD BY T=!E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 7892, passed February 7,
1949 authorizing the Board of Public Affairs to let a contract
for certain repairs and construction viork at the Municipal Air-
port is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. The Board of Public Affairs is h -creby author-
ized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and execute a
contract for the construction of toilet facilities in the
administration building of the Little Rock Municipal Airport,
not to exceed the sum of X6,000.00.
SECTION 3. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
ized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one
(1) tudor sedan automobile for use in the Electric Department
of the City of Little Rock, not to exceed the sum of $1300.00,
including the trade -in of the vehicle now in use by said depart-
ment.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
