AN ORDINANCE ALLOCATING THE FUNDS MADE AVAILABLE BY
THE BOND ISSUE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEGRO PARK
AND RECREATION FACILITIES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,
The City of Little -Rock has issued bonds in the amount of
$359,000.00 upon the approval of the electors of the City of
Little Rock for the construction and maintenance of a negro
park and recreation facilities, and
WHEREAS,
In order to make certain plans it is necessary for an alloca-
tion of the above funds,
NO, :! THEREFORE.,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTIOY 1. That of the total amount of roney made avail-
able by a bond issue in the amount of X359,000.00 for the con-
struction and equipping of certain negro park and recreation
facilities, the following allocation of said fund is hereby
made:
Community Center
Swimming Pool
Playgrounds and Playfields

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approv-
al.
