PROPERTY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTIOY 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and award a contract to
an abstract company for the listing of all City owned property.
SECTION 2. The cost of such service as,,provided in Section
1 hereof shall not exceed the sum of 4500:00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
