AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $48t4O9.81
FROM THE ROAD AND AUTO FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK TO PAY THE CITY'S SHARE OF PAVING AND MAINTAIN-
ING STREETS OVER T' ICH THE BUSES AND TROLLEYS OF THE
CAPITAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY ARE BEING OPT-,'RATED,
IN ACCORDANCE '=ITH THE FRANCHISE HERETOFORE GRANTED,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITE OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Road and
Auto Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of Forty -Eight
Thousand Four Hundred Nine Dollars and Eighty -one Cents ($48,409.81)

to be paid to the Capital Transportation Company to pay for the
Cityls share of paving and maintaining the following streets
over which the buses and trolleys of the Capital Transportation
Company are being; operated, in accordance with the franchise
heretofore granted:
Main Street frog: Markham to 8th
Kavanaugh from Lee to Beech T
Kavanaugh from Lee to Stifft Station
Nest 8th, 'lolfe, truest 11th, Park, from Victory to truest 13th
Chester, Ringo, and North Streets, North of Garland
Chester and Garland from Markham and Chester to %Markham
and Victory
East 9th Street from College to a point approximately 150
feet East of Thomas
It SECTIOY 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the necessary instruments in order to
carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
