AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $600.00 TO
BE PAID TO THE 1,AR ASSETS ADh•!INISTRATION IN SETTLE -
MIENT OF THEIR CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $600.00, to be paid
to the War Assets Administration in settlement of their claim
for hutments sold from the airport property by the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute the necessary instruments in order
to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
