AID? ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUFI OF � ?309.42
TOBE PAID TO THE ARKANSAS FOUNDRY FOR REPAIR
WORK AT THE J. CURRAN CONWAY MUNICIPAL S5IJIMtl'ING
POOL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIME CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITE OF LITTLE; -TWCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
general fund of the City of Little Rock the' sum of 309.42
to be paid to the Arkansas Foundry for repairing the water
pump at the J. Curran Conway Municipal Swimming Pool.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such instruments as may be
necessary in order to carry out the provisions of this ordin-
ance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
