All OpDITTANCE AUTHORIZING CURB CUTS
OTI BROADY)AY STREET FROM MARKHAM TO
FOURTEENTH STREET, INCLUSIVE; RE-
QUIRING SPECIFICATIONS THEREOF, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED B`' TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. From and after the passage and
approval of this ordinance, curb cuts are hereby allow-
ed on Broadway Street from 11arkham to ourteenth Streets
inclusive.
SECTION 2. Such curb cuts shall be made a
depth of Seven Feet Nine Inches (7 1 911), and shall not
be cut nearer than Twenty Feet (20+) from a corner.
SECTION 3. All applications for curb cuts
shall be filed with the City Engineer, and shall be
accompanied with plans and specifications of same, to-
gether with the fee as now required by law.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordin-
ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
