AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING NOT TO EXCEED $500.00 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF ONE WADING POOL IN MACARTHUR PARK, DECLARING
Ali EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the.sum not
to exceed $500.00 from the General Fund of the City of Little'
Rock for the construction of one wading pool in MacArthur Park.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
SECTION 3. Unless the provisions of this ordinance
are put into effect immediately, the public peace, health, and
safety of the citizens of the City of Little Rock will be adversely
affected, therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist.
