AN ORDINANCE INCREADING THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE PAVING
OF CERTAIN STREETS IN CONNECTION WITH THE REPAVING BY THE
CAPITAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY, AMENDING SECTION 2 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 7875, PASSED JANUARY 24, 1949, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS: I
SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7875
passed January 24th, 1949, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
The cost of such pi.ving on the part of the City
shall not exceed the sum of $66.,000.00, and it is the
intention of the City Council to cause to be paved from
curb to curb the above mentioned streets in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in effect from and after its passage and approval.
