AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT All ADDITIONAL HOUSE ON ONE
LOT, WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUIR&UMS ON PROPERTY AT 618
NORTH MONROE STREET; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AMENDED: AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the rear yard
space requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects
property at 618 North Monroe Street, described as Lot Seven (7), Block
Thirty Three (33), Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, are hereby waived, and the owner thereof is hereby granted
permission to construct an additional house on one lot.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
