AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT EIGHT (8), OF SUB - DIVISION OF LOPS
EIGHT (8), NINE (9), TEN (10)2 AND ELEVEN (11), BLOCK TWO (2),
HIGHLAND PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That Lot Eight (8), of Sub - division of Lots Eil
(8), Nine (9), Ten (10), and (11), Block Two (2), Highland -Park
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3417 West
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One - Family Distr
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Comme
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 and the Zoning Map
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Eight of Sub -divi
of Lots Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), and (11), Block Two (2),
Highland Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter kno
v
and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
force from and after its passage.
