SECTION? 1. That Section 14 C of Ordinance No. 7209 of the
ordinances of the City of Little Rock passed March 10, 1947 be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
All pernits approved by the Council in excess of 15 feet per
lot in the following areas:
Area 1. Shall start at the Arkansas River and McLean Street
and extend South to include both sides of East Fourth Street,
thence west to include both sides of Cumberland, thence south
to include both sides of Ninth Street, thence ". est to Twain
Street, thence south on the east side of !Main to 18th Street,
thence north on the west side of Pa�ain Street to 10th :Street,
• thence West on Tenth Street to Arch, thence north on Arch to
the Arkansas River.
Area 2. Starting at Kavanaugh Boulevard and, ''dalnut Street,
both sides of Kavanaugh to I'TTonroe Street, ',.'jest Markham Street
from Vernon Avenue to Johnson, Kavanau €;h Boulevard from Can-
trell :Road to North Harrison, Kavanaugh Boulevard from Taylor
to Hayes, Asher Avenue from 1,2aple to city linits,

In all other areas of the City of Little Rock, all perruits
approved by the Council in excess of 15 feet per lot shall be paid
for at the rate of 25 cents per lineal foot.
SECTION ti. All ordinances and Darts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions of this ordin-
ance are put into effect iri- nediately the public peace, health and
safety of the citizens of Little Rock will be adversely affected;
therefore an emer.o°ency is hereby declared to exist and this ordin-
ante shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
