AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TEAT
THOUSAND DOLLARS (10,000.00) TO AID THE
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT IN THE PAVING OF
WEST ELEVIN TH STREET BETWEEN WASHINGTON
AND MONROE STREETS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAIN= BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKgAg
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
Road and /or Auto Fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
the aim of Ten Thousand Dollard (10,000.00) to be paid
to Street Improvement District No. 577 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to aid said district in the paving of West
11th Street from Washington to Monroe Streets.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the necessary vouchers
and papers to carry out the purposes of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this oSdinance
will be in effect from and after its passage and approval.
