Fund the sun of �'?375.00 to be paid to Yax L. T- ?ehlburger, Consult -
inp Engineer, for his services rendered in a professional capacity
in the suit concern_n7 the setting aside of [white Brothers lease
on Building #19 at the Little Rock TTunicipal Airport.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby Puthorized
and directed tD execute such instruments as are necessary in or-
der to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances :and parts of ordinances in con-
flint herewith are hereby repealed, and this crdinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
