AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO .PURCHASE ONE (1) PO1,1ER MOVING MACHINE
FOR USE BY THE PARKS'-.ND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, DECLARING
AN MMENCY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY QQUIMM 07".1HE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 10 The Board of Public Affairs of the City of Little Root` is i " ""
hereby authorized and directed to purchase one (1) power moving machine for
use in the Parks and Recreation Department not to to exceed $190.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval, it being hereby declared that an
emergency exists and that the operation of this ordinance is necessary for
the benefit of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of Little
Rock.
