BE IT ORDAINED By ThE CITY COUNCIL OF T1: CITY OP LITTLE
ROCK, ARK VSAS :
SECTIOTT i. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
autY:,.orized and directed to advertise, take bids for and
purchase one (1) radio transmitter and receiver for use
in the patrol wagon of the Police Department. The oast
of such radio shall not exceed the sum of y450.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
