AN ORDINANCE GRANTING SIDE AND REAR YARD SPACE REQUIREP-12ITS AND PERMISSION
TO I',IAINTAIN TWO BUILDINGS ON ONE LOT ON PROPERTY AT 2109 ROCK STREET,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND' FOR OTH 2 PURPOS FS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the side and rear yard space requirements and the
requirement that only one building may be erected on one lot as established
by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property at 2109 Rock Street, described
as the South half of lots one (1), two (2), and three (3).. Block 406,
DuVal's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas are hereby waived.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the
provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
