AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $146.83 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE PAID TO
J. C. MURRAY, WHICH SUM CONSTITUTES ONE -HALF OF HIS EX-
PENSES FOR ATTENDING HEARINGS IN WASHINGTON, D. C. AND
HOUSTON, TEXAS REGARDING THE BRANIFF AIRLINES APPLICA-
TION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CP LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $146.83 to be paid
to J. C. Murray for one -half of his expenses in attending hear-
ings on the Braniff Airlines Application in Washington, D. C.
and Houston, Texas.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute such instruments as may be necess-
qrg to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
fliet herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
