AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $210.94 PAYABLE
TO J. A. PUCKETT, IN FULL SETTLEMENT OF A CLAIM FOR
COMPENSATION FILED WITH THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the gener-
al fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $210.94 to be
paid to J. A. Puckett, a former employee of the City of Little
Rock, in full settlement for his claim for compensation due
to an alleged injury and disability while employed by the
City.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby author-
ized to execute the instruments necessary to carry out the
provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
