ORDINANCE NO. 8089
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES
ON THE WEST SIDE OF BROWN STREET FROM MARKHAM TO
CAPITOL AVENUE, INCLUSIVE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That when signs are erected in each block
giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle on the
West side of Brown Street from Markham to Capitol Avenue,
inclusive.
SECTION 2. Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof in municipal court shall be fined in any
sum not less than $1.00 nor more than $5.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
