AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $125.00 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO DE-
FRAY THE EXPENSES OF THE FIRE CHIEF IN ATTENDING
THE FIRE CHIEFS 1 CONVENTION AT NE{Tii ORLEANS, LOUIS-
IANA FROM SEPTEMBER 26 TO SEPTEMBER.29, INCLUSIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $125.00
to defray the expenses of the Fire Chief in attending
the Fire Chiefs' Convention at New Orleans, Louisiana
from September 26, 1949 to September 29, 1949, inclusive.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such instruments as
are necessary in order to carry out the provisions of
this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
