AN ORDINANCE AllCLASCIPYING AND FIAIVING YA,D SPACE 11" UIRE MITS
LOTS SEVEN AND EIGHT, BLOCK FIFTEEN, FORREST HILL ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING MDIIIAIICE 110. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHEER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TH13 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, LggY ,_NSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 7 and 8, Block 15, Forrest Hill Addition to
the City of Little rock, Arkansas, being 3820 -3824 ;lest 12th Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms
of said Zonin; Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space requirements is
hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lots 7 and 8, Block 15, Forrest Hill
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
"F" Commercial District and with yard space requirements waived as pro-
vided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
