AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25 (C) OF TOE LITTLE ROCK
TRAFFIC ORDINANCE BY PERMITTING LEFT TURNS ON RED TRAFFIC
SIGNAL LIGHTS AT INTERSECTIONS OF ONE WAY STREETS, AMID FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 25 (c) of the Little Rock Traffic
Ordinance be and the same is hereby amended by adding the follow-
ing paragraph, numbered 2.
2. At the intersections of one way streets having a traffic
control signal, left turns are permitted on the red traffic sig-
nal, by vehicles traveling in the left traffic lane. In all cases
where left turns shall be made on a red traffic signal, vehicles
makin. 7 such turns shall give the right of way to pedestrians
and vehicles who may be crossing on the green signal.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
