AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TriE SUM OF $467.60
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO BE PAID TO OTTE DOUGLAS
G. BROWN FOR SERVICES RENDERED THE CITY OF LIT`T'LE
ROCK IN THE OPERATION OF THE CITY DUMP, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED ?61 THE CITY COUNCIL OF TFE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of 4467.60
to be paid to Douglas G. Brown for services rendered the
City of Little Rock in the operation of the city dump, in
full payment of account through September 17, 1949.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such instruments as
are necessary in order to carry out the provisions of
this ordinance.
SECTION. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
