AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE SHOP FOREMAN IN
THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL DEPARTMENT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

Section 1. From and after the passage and approval
of this ordinance the salary of
the Shop Foreman
in the
Garbage Disposal Department of
the
City of Little
Rock,
.Arkansas, is hereby fixed as follows:
New Employee - first
six
(6) months -
- $211.50
per month.
Employee - after six
(6)
months service
$221.50
per month.
Employee - after one
(1)
year service
$231.50
per month.
Section.2. That Ordinance No. 6716 passed December 11,
1944; as amended, is hereby amended to conform to the
,provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
.shall be in effect from and after its passage and approval.
