OTHER PURPOSES.
�ATHEREAS ,
The revenue realized from the existing service agreements with the
commercial airlines is not adequate, and
WHEREAS,
The comr,:ercial airlines have indicated a willingness to re- negotiate
the existing contracts,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTL-TO 'ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Little
Rock are hereby authorized to execute new service agreements with
each of the commercial airlines by raising the price per gallon
from one and one -half cents to two and one - quarter cents, and fix-
ing a minimum for each airline in the sum of $300.00 per month.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
