AN ORDINANCE AMTDING SECTION 1 OF
OIRDINANCE N0. 7840 OF THE CITY OF
LIT`T'LE ROCK, AMANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY TBE CI`1'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LIT111H ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 7840 of the
City of Little Nock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section le That the said several lots, blocks
and parcels of teal property in said Street Im-
provement District No. 575 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, be assessed according to the assess -
ment list for said improvement district as the same
now remains in the office of the City Clerk, and that
ten per centum (1016) of the assessment of benefits
of each of said lots, blocks and parcels of real
estate shall be paid annually on or before the
lot day .January of each year, beginning with
e7anuarj► 1, 19b00,';until the whole of the said
local assessment of benefits shall be paid."
Section 2e All ordj;1aM0e8 and parts of ordinances in con-
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage.
