AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE HOUR PARKING ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF 1,URKHAM STREET FRO19 WOODRUG TO JOHN-
SON STREET, INCLTTSIVE, AND OTT THE YORTH SIDE OF
1,ARKHAM STRET "T FROM MIDLAND TO BOOKER STREET, IN-
CLUSIVE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE 'ETIOLATION
THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That when signs are erected in each block
giving notice thereof, no person, firm or corporation shall
park a vehicle on the South side of Markham Street from
Woodrow to Johnson Street, inclusive, and on the North side
of Markham Street from Midland to Booker Street, inclusive,
for a period of time exceeding one hour between 8 :00 O'clock
A. M. and 6 :00 O'clock P. M. of any day except Sundays and
holidays.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm, or corporation violating
the provisions of Section 1 hereof shall, upon conviction
thereof in the Little Rock Municipal Court, be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined in any sum not less
than $1.00 nor more than $5.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
