AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE HOUR PARKING IN AUTH OFIZED
CURB CUTS ALONG BROADWAY STREET, PROVIDI1G A PENALTY FOR
THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINF"D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That when signs are erected in each block
giving notice thereof no persons shall park a vehicle in any
of the authorized curb cuts along Broadway Street for a per-
iod of time in excess of one (1) hour.
SECTION 2. It is not the purpose or intent of this
ordinance to permit parking on any part of Broadway except
those locations where a curb cut has been authorized.
SECTION 3. Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof in Municipal Court shall be fined in any
sum not less than $1.00 nor more than $5.00.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
